Return and Refund Policy

Returns/Replacement

Here is Our Return/Replacement Policy, in the odd case that you don’t love your Swadeshi Blessings’ Products:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    If you claiming for a “Replacement of Earthen Pots that was damaged in transit, it should be supported with a few seconds unboxing video clearing showing that the box was opened for the very first time within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
  3. It should be noted that not all products are eligible for returns especially categories like Earthen pots and other fragile products (Replacements are made in the event of transit damage provided it is supported by a few seconds unboxing video proof). In order to keep our prices fair, as well as maintain fairness to our local artisans and craftsmen, many items are “Final Sale.” Kindly pay due diligence before making the purchase.
  4. To complete your Return/Replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number that can be communicated to us via email or through social media channels.
  5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
  6. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded. Any shipping fees associated with the return or order will not be reimbursed.
  7. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Missing Order: If you feel like any component is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. A Replacement or refund cannot be processed with orders exceeding this time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
